Graduated from the Department of Architecture, Tamkang University, Taipei in 1990,
Since 1992, he has been working as the project manager of Taipei Xuan Pin Design and Engineering Consultant/Taiyi Interior Design Co.
In 1996, he received the AA Graduate Diploma in Design, Architectural Association ,London, UK.
Member of AAGDG International Architecture and Urban Design Association since 1996.
From 1996 to 2004, he was a lecturer in the Department of Architecture and Design at Taipei Chiang Kai University.
In 2013, he has been the project manager of Shanghai Xuanxu Decoration Design Co.
Since 2020, he has been the director of HBI Design Institute.
Graduated from Tam Kang University in 1990, obtained the AA Graduate Diploma in Design Architectural Association in London from 1994-1996. Mr. Chu Po-Yang became the member of AAGDG Group in 1996, meanwhile he started to give lecture at Shin Chien University till 2004. He is the Project manager of Hsuan Pin Design Consultants Inc. since 1992.
